Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is flat rate to all contiguous states in the USA. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico will possibly be extra. We apologize, but do not ship to APO or APE addresses. For APO and APE addresses, we suggest you have it shipped to your USA home first and then have it redirected abroad.

Privacy & Security

All information entered by you at our website will be discreet and secure under strict rules of privacy and will not be sold or transferred to any third party whomsoever unless authorized by law or by a recognized US Court.

Returns & Replacements

No returns are allowed once the test box is opened. If the test box is unopened and still sealed, the test may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

All testing products offered on the Website are offered solely for preliminary screening purposes, and are provided for the purpose of initial screening only. Although we stand by our products and strive to offer testing products with the highest level of reliability, the testing products and services offered by us are not intended to constitute legally admissible test results in any litigation, arbitration or other legally binding forum.
